Went in to a chain of resorts looking to increase sales from 5% to 15% within a year. We were able to go in looking at the areas to improve and we were able to recommend few changes which the resort agreed. They were able to see a growth in customer traffic and sales went up to 18 % within two months.

Marketing company, generating leads and increasing the quality of customers in order for sales to increase.

We were able to surpass what the competition was doing with 120 agents in an 8 hours shifts, we were able to do the same in a 5 hour shifts and 80 agents. We trained , change scripts to generate more qualify leads and send more qualify customers to the sales department. Sales went from $5,000,000 to $18,000,000 within 18 months.

Seafood industry/Live Lobster and sea cucumber

We help the owner start from scratch a live lobster business in the eastern part of Canada. Part of the program was to travel to 4 Provinces and also visit companies in the USA. After learning about the industry owner acquire an existing Lobster pound. In two years the company went for selling 10,000 LB per month to over 200,000 LB per months. The company was able to expand and today they have 2 lobster pounds and also a sea cucumber operation that caters to china. After they wanted to expand even more and now they are about to open a second Live Lobster operation. We helped him with connecting to banks and government offices and able to raise over $11M over 4 years. Now the company sits at beign the second largest lobster company in Canada to china.

Resort and golf course

We were hired to do a study on the company and how they can expand and have a greater flow of customers to their golf course and Resort. We presented our findings and opportunities to expand successfully but they kept things from us and were not able to proceed. They hired us for 6 months ,paid us for the 6 months but were not able to implement the changes we recommended to them.

The reason we  share this,is because at times companies would not be willing to make the changes necessary to go to the next level. Recommendations at time is to let go of some staff, remove areas that is bleeding the most but owners are not willing to make those changes and choose to remain where they are at.
